Who We Are
With headquarters in Washington State, and multiple locations across the nation, Sedron is home to a diverse group of skilled people all driven to transform waste through the power of original thinking.
Our Culture
INNOVATION
Sedron is made up of innovators, and those individuals unafraid to challenge the status quo. If we align on a vision, we move on it quickly; testing, building, improving and always looking for a better way forward. We operate with the speed and grit of a startup, backed by the capability to execute at scale. We may have a high standard for how we work, but mistakes aren’t something to be feared; they’re used to guide our way and make us stronger.
OWNERSHIP
Ownership means we treat the work like it’s ours from start to finish, because it is. At Sedron we don’t do just one thing – we design it, we build it, we run it, improve it, and stand behind it the whole way. As we shift from R&D to real-world operations, we take full responsibility for performance in the field, not just on paper. We step in early to solve problems before they grow, step in where needed, and follow through until the job is done right.
COLLABORATION
Collaboration is how we turn good ideas into real-world impact. We bring together engineers, operators, and problem-solvers across disciplines to build smarter, more practical solutions. This means breaking down silos, sharing knowledge openly, and working side-by-side to make things actually work in the field. We challenge each other, support each other, and know the best outcomes are built together.
